Liked the hotel location, within walking distance of the railway/bus stations. Lovely breakfast with a good choice of food. Husband liked the sauna. The room was very spacious and had a nice balcony. They did find me a kettle as us English do like to wake up to a cup of tea in our bedroom first thing, and unfortunately, kettles are not provided routinely like they are in UK hotels.

The Hotel is perfect in every respect, it exceeds your expectations. The management is really efficient, generous and very friendly. If you are lucky, you can get a surprise free breakfast. By the way, breakfasts are really great by any standards. The location is perfect, the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is so dog friendly that they don't charge extra fees. I strongly recommend The Goldene Traube, you will be pleasantly surprised. Marie

Older hotel under new management... we had a large room with an updated bathroom... comfortable but a little dated... hotel is slated to be renovated... great breakfast... very friendly service... great central location in beautiful old town center... parkhouse a few steps from hotel... overall a good balue... lots of restaurants nearby...

The staff goes above and beyond. Guests get little bonus gifts, which in my case was free parking on location. The location of the hotel is perfect, mere steps from the central market square.

Very nice staff, excellent communication. We had booked on very short notice and were greeted with a warm welcome. We especially enjoyed the extremely comfortable beds and the free drinks in the mini-bar! The location is also amazing.

The reception staff were very helpful in assisting us to sort out a problem we had with our travel and went out of their way to find a solution. That is greatly appreciated.

Location was great. Staff was helpful considering it was a long German holiday and difficult to get into a restaurant. Loved the town and people were generally nice.

The bedroom and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a very good sleep. The washroom was big and well designed/ updated. I liked the handle bar in the shower and appreciated it. Breakfast was super. Delicious

The hotel is incredibly motorcycle friendly and the staff kindly allowed me to park the bike for free in the hotel car park. It is also located right next to the old town.
